Harlem Wellness on the Move: A Traveling Community Mural invites community members to take part in a creative wellness experience that celebrates health, healing, and connection in Harlem. This living mural grows at each stop as participants add their own artwork, stories, and symbols.
Inspired by the elements Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, the project explores themes of nourishment, movement, hope, and the unseen forces that connect people and communities. Together, these contributions form a shared tapestry that reflects Harlem’s culture, resilience, and collective wellbeing.
